Sign of the Week. Gator Pride

When it comes to college sports, few teams carry the presence and attitude of the Florida Gators. This week’s Sign of the Week is all about bold colors, unmistakable identity, and representing Gator Nation in a way that stands out the moment you see it.

This custom piece was designed in the shape of the state of Florida, instantly tying the team to home turf. The layered wood construction gives the sign depth and dimension, while the iconic Gators logo and Florida lettering bring that unmistakable blue-and-orange energy to life.
Each layer was laser-cut, hand painted, and carefully assembled to create contrast throughout the piece. The darker wood tones around the outer frame help the brighter colors stand out even more, while the layered design gives the sign a different look depending on the angle and lighting.

One of the details that makes this piece unique is how the state shape naturally frames the entire design. Instead of feeling crowded, the layered elements work together to guide your eye across the sign from the Gators logo all the way through the raised Florida lettering.
